The Lychee jelly has a clearish white color that serves as a perfect topping to bubble teas and smoothies or even to shaved ice, frozen yogurt, or ice cream. 

The product comes ready to serve and does not need any preparation. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 weeks.

Recipes

Lychee Black Tea (22 oz)

Ingredients: assam black tea, hot water, lychee syrup, ice, Lychee Jelly
Tools: tea filter, 22 oz drink shaker

1. Brew assam black tea and use filter to get hot tea concentrate
2. Let tea concentrate cool until lukewarm
3. Add 250 mL tea concentrate and 35 mL (or more) lychee syrup to a drink shaker
4. Add ice to shaker till full. Shake well!
5. Add one generous scoop of Lychee Jelly to a 22 oz drink cup
6. Pour in the drink and serve!
